Stupid leaders with no brains. You are completing the Tema interchange. Then all the trunk roads leading to this interchange is poor and unmotorable. So what happens? During peak traffic hours, one has to use almost 2 hours to travel just for a 2 mile journey from and to the interchange on the Akosombo Road or the Aflao Road or the motorway itself. Stupid brainless leaders

Where is it constructed? I traveled on the dirty motorway to Tema and saw no construction but rubbish. So where is the construction? Near China mall?
