By the time he's done with his 8 years the NDC would have died like the CPP. After nearly 8 years in opposition, you still can't come up with one clear policy to solve our problems. The NDC fought against the Medical drone delivery, the GhanaCard, Digital address system, Gold for oil, Health insurance, the discovery of oil, FreeSHS, Cancelled Teacher and Nurses allowances, etc.

Almost every good policy for Ghana has been opposed by the NDC. No wonder with all the numerous Doctors and Profs they have still can't collate election results. We will be waiting for you at the supreme Court after 9th Jan.

Bawumia is only a vice president. In fact an active vice president that's why we hear his name all the time. The last time somebody else was a vice the only time we heard is name was when his president asked he should be investigated for taking chobom from buying at aircraft.
I am not sure Bawumia has more than a vote in a cabinet decision making. He's not the final decider. For him to have championed that many initiatives for mother Ghana from that position tells how good he is. Just give him the keys and see how far he takes us.

JM had the chance and he messed up. No second chance for him. He's been rejected by one million and 600,000 voters respectfully in the last 2 election. The fact that Nana Akufo Addo is struggling doesn't make JM an option. He will lose again.

is linking the value of GOLD to the Cedi going to stop the people from demanding dollars or Euros to import goods from abroad ?
if you cannot stop the importations of goods , the dollar would never ceased to gain value.
The primary thing to do is domestication .
There are certain things that need to be banned from importation and before you ban it, you make sure there is alternative in the local production ready for market.
2. stop given road and magnificent building contracts to foreigners.-
3. There must be a national telecommunications operator in the country - in which all the national assets about broadcasting and communication would be autonomously given.
so that MTN would go and buy data from them
eg
is the Ghana telecom combined with the GBC
if you put this 2 bodies under national communication authority . and handed all the state assets to them , for any operator to buy Data and operating lines from them
1. it reduces their profit which they always patriated to their home country.
2. it give the elephant part top Ghana as a country

3. it employs the sons and daughters of the country
4. it stabilises the economy- because NCA becomes a huge asset as developing partner of the state .

pegging a currency to a commodity such as gold or oil hasn't been tried anywhere in the world what is feasible is what you did in Zimbabwe or in South African countries facing economic meltdown due to the same problem such as ours not enough foreign exchange to meet import and other requirements. Pegging a nations currency the US Dollar to give it temporal exchange rate stability as one works with International Lender to smooth things out
So pls give us some meat and Ghanaians will thank you for it

Ghanaians deserve better than your lying tongue.The vice president,Bawumia days have numbered and no matter what ,Bawumia and Napo led NPP will never see the light of 2025,you can't be president because you are not your own mind.
We need a leader that will fight corruption but am afraid Bawumia intention is just to come and cover the bad deeds of Akuffo Addo with his family and friends government.

Bawumia's proposal is eighteenth century economics. This proposal is what is termed the gold standard monetary policy. Most countries have abandoned this strategy because of limited gold reserves. Moreover, it contains the conduct of any credible monetary policy especially inflation target which targets interest rates rather than monetary aggregates. The country has gone past this archaic strategy.
