Again you should go further to compare commissions paid to Strategic African Securuties belonging to Togbe Afede when his company acted as a book runner.   Is Ken Ofori-Atta not a founder/shareholder of Databank? Commissions are not paid to him personally but he benefits from earnings of Databank. That is classic conflict of interest. He was literally working for Databank as Finance Minister. There is not a lot of difference between what he did as Finance Minister and insider trading. What he did is indefensible!
