That's good news but Ghana have to established a national mineral board headed by prof amankwaa of umat to research and negotiate on all mineral exploitation in the country and it's value addition and of course withdraw all books and research allowance for university lectures to finance the board activities for benefits of the people hence books and research allowance are only jack up the pay of the lectures.
