  This pension scheme is a joke. Why should Cocobod contribution be 1%? In every responsible pension scheme, the employer’s contribution is more than the employee. I expected cocoabod to have contributed say 7.5% if the farmer was contributing 5%. How much does the government contribute towards public sector employee pension scheme. At least coco bid should match that figure if not more. Farmers have been taken for a ride for far too long in this country
