  MTN don't fight SIM fraud vigorously like Vodaphone/Telecel. I was defrauded twice on my MTN, the company did not provide any solution or assistance. They only wrote to me to report the issue
  to the police. I wonder if they took any action against the criminals. However, when I was defrauded once on my Vodaphone, it took only ten hours to retrieve my money for me and the culprit's number was blocked.

  If you really want to stop fraud, make the Ghana card number compulsory requirement for all Momo transactions, be it cash out, transfer etc, to be verified by Momo agents or merchants

They are there giving information to the fraudsters. I personally reported fraud issue to MTN, nothing is done. So they are not serious about stopping fraud. My piece of advice is don't ever use your momo number on whatsapp, Facebook etc, instead use different number because they can easily get you.

  MoMo is a good thing compared to nothing but the fraud is the issue. Nobody can tell me some of the staff of MTN are not part of the syndicate. I once fell victim to it and what that person started seeing at night she immediately returned my money to me within three days. I even didn't stop tormenting her after getting back my money. I pardon her after two weeks and told her if she try that stupid thing on me again she will never no peace. In fact she switched off her phone after the act but how I managed to call her through ways and means, that's when she realised she can't joke with me.
