  Dr. if my understanding is right by resetting you mean the way we go about governing Gh. be done with common sense in mind but our party politics system doesn't yield to such an idle, our constitution has framed us in such a way that every four years political parties have to come up with something termed as MANIFESTOS and the electorate are expected to examine both and make an informed decision via voting for who best suits them and this is the system that has got us here that we need a resetting to cure(Kwaku Baako) this absurdity i can relate to your solution of having a seperate Govt. Ministry of Economics based on the assumption that the Govt. Ministries are productive and efficient but your fellow professor Addai opined that he would reduce the salary of public servants because they are the most inefficient and don't deserve to be rewarded for such shody work. But it's an attempt and i will encourage you to do more work into this Critical issue of Long Term Natioan Development Planning
