  Why is the AG not joining the suit? Is it not the tax payers money that will be used to pay the judgement debt? Does the state not have interest in the case. Why should the government allow FDA alone to fight the case in court. The guy imported untested drugs ( Artesunate and Amodiaquine from India contrary to FDA regulations. If even the drugs were not expired, they were not tested and certified and deemed to fit for purpose by tyhe FDA. The FDA has the authorities to destroy drugs or food that has been imported into the country without thier authorization.

  What you must do is PRESS Charges if indeed he imported unregistered and fake medicines, then seek jail term and reimbursement for the cost of destruction. The evidence must be there even in the court records!
