Many people still don't understand why Nkrumah sent Ghanaians to study in the Eastern Bloc countries and China. The answer is a simple one; her majesty the Queen of Britain refused to allow the govt of Ghana to send students to Britain to study. This is something no Ghanaian must forget. In those days a black person was not allowed to study in almost every state in the United States. Moreover, the Eastern Bloc countries allowed Ghanaians to study free of charge. The only problem was the language.

At the moment Ghanaians are facing rampant insecurity in most the regions especially in the northern region,.The rate of armed robberies in the cities, highway robberies and economic hardships leading to thievery and pick pocketing is common. The police and security services are already struggling to mitigate these criminal activities in Ghana. There is need to still screen all those who want to visit Ghana to stop the bad ones or criminals to freely travel to Ghana.
