It's a lie! GRA owes my company 18000 whole we also owe them 3300. For the past close to 2 months they have insisted we pay our 3300 while we have also insisted they deduct it from the 18000 they owe us. Last Thursday they were at our bank to freeze our account and thereby compelled us to pay the 3300 even though they still owe us 18000. They don't care whether you made profit or loss. They just estimate a tax obligation once you are a registered taxpayer. They haven't changed biaaaaa
