Hold the managers responsible , sack them or jail them and refinance the banks, and put responsible people in there! Or even nationalise it. Its myopic to close banks and send lots of people and their dependants starving!

By making this promises you're insinuating unfair treatment on the side of the Central Bank to some Ghanaians. If we continue on this path weakening State institutions it will be going against the advise of another of your colleagues Prez Obama who advised Ghanaians to Build Strong Institutions and Not Strongmen
