But how can you pay back to a bank that has been collapsed? Unless receivership?
What is the point of this reportage? Putting aside the authenticity of this so-called popped up receipt, the alleged repayment, by your report, occurred after the sale of the bank. So what is the purpose of this reportage?

Banks don't issue letters to prove payment. Banks prove payment by payment advice slip or swift advice.
This is clear cover up internal arrangement.
