  A laughable promise. If Ghana could raise $10 billion, would it have sought $3 billion from the IMF to cushion the economy? Only jokers will believe Mahama!

  This is doabale, if one engages all the facets of economic growth financing approaches. Ghana has been too limited and too standardized in its approaches to development.
