  Drafting a countries constitution is no child's play, but Ghanaians failed to do a thorough job in 1992 when they decided to adopt a new constitution, apart from the lack of input from a chunk of the population at the drafting phase the ratification phase is even more fanciful.
  That is why it tastes so bad
