  So you want to take dead people money too ? An account was opened for when I was very young in 1970s , but because of the bank book being missing I can't have the money from the bank.

  The central Bank takes people's monies from the commercial banks when the accounts are dormant for a long time. This is stealing too. Why don't you encourage the commercial banks to invite the next of kin to go through due process to access their relatives monies but rather put your hands on people's monies? Who do you account to with all such monies? This is pure thievery
