I don't think we this funds. They will be stolen by the leaders and the poor Ghanaian will be saddled with debts while the powers that be will be living like Arabian kings and queens. Please world Bank keep your funds
This vote should be a No. There is no accountability in government and no safeguard in place that these funds will be used correctly.
