  The gap between target and sold gets bigger every week. But the required payments for matured T-bills are fixed, meaning less and less money is left to actually fund the government.
  
  A really critical point is coming once the sales are not enough anymore to pay the matured bills. Then either they use GRA revenues for servicing the matured bills or they use (illegal) BoG loans again or the government finally defaults on T-bills too.
