  It's no longer news that the standard of living the Ghanaian workers enjoys is rather very low compared to the price of commodities but once again they are at lost what remedial action they can take to improve their lot.

  It's no longer news that the standard of living the Ghanaian workers enjoys is rather very low compared to the price of commodities but once again they are at lost what remedial action they can take to improve their lot.
  Convention will dictate that wages and salaries rise can be achieved by improve productivity mainly the ability of the people to produce good and services at a superior quality, lower cost or both but as things stand now that s nearly impossible because of the structure of the Ghanaian economy which is import driven again mainly because the workers are yet to secure the skills to do this things and until they do we will continue to buy the products we need to make life bearable from Nations that have become successful and doing it
