The President has no powers to revoke banking licenses, but the Governor of the BoG, under Act 930. Mahama has no power whatsoever to restore any bank's license and CANNOT do what he's promised.

I am yet to hear Nduom and Dufour come out to say they were not insolvent. Unibank submitted returns indicating that the bank was insolvent. What will Mahama do to Dufour who said he was going to sell the assets he purchased with the 5 billion Gh cedis from unibank and pay back? There is a letter to tgat effect.
You are talking about licence restoration, what will happen to the thieves? Go read the KPMG report , Administrator's report on Unibank and the last mgt ltter and financial statements on GN by KPMG who were the auditors then. They are public documents.
More work for you in the banking sector. Depositors are waiting for you. Greedy and thievery directors and shareholders abounds in tge sector. The rules, laws and standards applicable are transparent.
