There is no government subsidy on fuel other than premix and it’s rather foolish to buy fuel expump and paying all the statutory levies and taxes to GOG then exporting it.

What happened to all the previous fuels smuggled into Togo ? Your officials collected their due and allowed the gallons to pass. Otherwise, we would have been reading about all previous efforts of fuel smuggling along the Afl ...
