The president is running from country to country, seeking for loans to buy Cocoa, whilst millions of Dollars is sitting in Cecilia Dapaah's bedroom, not to mention the $58 million in a Cathedral Dug Hole. Why should people wait for the president to announce the price, when management can conveniently pronounce it? It is a shame for the president to announce or commission every project in the country. No wonder we are struggling. How should the president commission toilets and markets? It looks as if the president has no better job to do. Very insane.
