  Madam Johnson, prudence will validate your convention for people of African descent to look homewards not only for it's growing investment potential but also the accompanying social and cultural aspects it presents, but there is a bottleneck, Africa and it's Leaders are yet to grow into adulthood and became sensitize about the responsibilities that comes with it
  My advise is for you to use your (goodwill) to educate them about personal responsibility otherwise the inherent risk that comes with investment when accounted for will result in a fallout that can turn out to be irreconcilable
