  All commercial vehicles in Ghana except STC is guilty of this issue . I never knew such law about refuelling exist in Ghana . VIP and the trotros are guilty . I am surprised VIP of all the management board in place putting passengers in such a dangerous situation ? I expect vip, gprtu, ptotoa and other unions to respond swiftly .

  Refueling a vehicle with passengers on board is not a problem. The problem is running the engine while refueling. Educate drivers to switch off the engine before refueling. On a long trip you don't have to drop off the passen ...

  Refueling a vehicle with passengers on board is not a problem. The problem is running the engine while refueling. Educate drivers to switch off the engine before refueling. On a long trip you don't have to drop off the passengers to refill the fuel tank.

  It is just not true.
  It is safe to refuel the automobile when the ignition is turned off.
  The real danger is the quantity of cyanide and mercury and other toxics being poured into our farmlands, rivers, streams and the Sea.
  And is the NPA ensuring that if not all, at least most of the cars and vehicles on our roads are roadworthy?
  How about the conditions of our roads and our drivers out there?
