  What has changed in Ghana to improve our credit rating? We are not dump. The IMF is supporting Ghana with economic structuring so they have to say things that will look like their Bailout is working? Otherwise, Ghana's debt stock is still over 80%, the gov't is unable to pay both foreign and domestic loans they have borrowed, investers have taken haircuts and their investments have been rescheduled to be paid in 10 to 15 years time, inflation is still in its highest with prices of commodities increasing almost everyday, Bank of Ghana recording losses month/year, all gov't project have stalled with contractors closing down schools because gov't is unable to pay them for putting up the buildings, no reserve beyond a week, pensioners are unable to be paid, banking clean up debt for citizens still hanging, so what has changed? IMF and all these fitch institutions are embarrassment bcos. they dont speak the truth.
