  The Political patronage system of raising business people seems to be the preferred choice in this parts of the world, but comes at tremendous cost here i mean the human cost, i will agree with the Ni9erian lawmaker who at the vetting of the current Governer of their Central Bank called for a review of this system because it sidelines a lot of potentials which goes unrealized
