Electricity supply is a big challenge nowadays. You probably pay for power supply, but there is a time without Electricity. Who pay and who doesn't pay for electricity supply? You pay, IMF and the World Bank are paying. Next generation will pay back for loans taken in the past. So why are there still power outages? Where's the money, the Pension and other Funds?? Where is it?
