Are you saying it’s okay for them to violate the laws of Ghana because they render useful service to Ghanaians? I hope not! Several other providers render similar services but they do so within the confines of the law.

BOG should look seriously at getting the monies, the foreign currencies, US Dollars and Pound Sterling that we transfer through these companies, tap tap, unity link, etc, into the country, so that we do not have to rely on loans to get these currencies to support the Cedi. We are transferring billions of Dollars and Pounds every year to our families, to support projects back home, yet we do not have enough of these currencies in Ghana, scarcity, issues with demand and supply, which is in part causing the continue devaluation of the Cedi.

Why didn't you recommend that, that was money laundering and it undermines BoG rules and that she should be prosecuted. I never saw anything from BoG regarding BoG regulation. Do we have two different regulations for two different sets of people in Ghana. Please avoid partiality. I don't have any issue if a Government institution is doing the right thing but don't skew your actions to favor your accomplices. Thank you.
