  World Bank pushes loans on Ghana but does no quarterly review of how is capital, allocated on behalf of Ghana, is used. The 2023 Audited Financials show “other expenses” of GHS 122.6 million, the largest expense item before taxes. This is 34% of Operating Income. This is not an operating expense so what is this huge amount spent on?
