This yet another empty talk by an empty head. Is it not this same government which recently spent "undisclosed" millions of dollars to relocate generator from Accra to Kumasi, which did not add to generation capacity, only relocated the generation capacity. The amount spent could have been invested in a decent size solar farm in Kumasi, which would have added to electricity generation capacity. Green energy talk by government officials who have only superficial knowledge of what is involved for a country to invest in green energy is just another example of the Ghanaian government jumping a bandwagon without knowing their destination.
