  Ghana is broke yet govt is able to meet his obligations to the citizenry. No shortages, salaries paid, etc. What are you talking about my fat man. Reduce your food in take in the midst of broke Ghana. Kwaseaman

  We must toll every 20km of asphalting road using electronic payment system this should offer employment to people
  We must utilize the prisoners to undertake large scale farming using a third of the revenue for prison infrastructural another third to support the service with no government subventions and the last third in trust by government for prisons development
  Reintroduce the road tolls but using electronic system to pay for the cost of construction and also large bridges
  Identify small scale miners and tax them
  Stop import of rice and grains and provide pool for agric machinery in every district to rent out to farmers like used to be done by Tobacco and Cotton board and let them be self sufficient and based on each district
  We should stop the freebies and have a strong leader to make bold decisions
