We should be mindful of the well-established fact, that it is better to leave industrial establishments in the hands of the private sector. The District Assembly may retain some 5-10% share in the Palm Processing Plant at Mem. Invite the local business men and women to take up the 90% shares, provide whatever operational funds are required, and establish ownership and management control of the Plant.
