  The gov. of Ghana's delays of announcing these approved EU policies to the public is going to affect many of local citizens who are in the real estate and agricultural businesses ,as they continuously invest into these areas without placing standards if they are to exist and thereby causing financial wastages.

  EU Parliament can even start today for the benefits are great and many to provide security in terms of job,elimination of boundary disputes,repairs of farms by companies,removal of galamseyers from farms and forest lands ,promotion of green Ghana and carbon rating,restoration of abundaning farmlands, and loans to farmers, and farmlands well documented and farmers as managers of own farms with its labourers at the central companies levels. Farm owners have little work to do to supervise.
