Forget about getting a refund or transfer of credit from your old meter. I chased mine for over 4 months and got fed up.
ECG hardly recover our money which were in the old meter after replacement. What a sinful world.
ECG in less than 2 years you have changed my meter eiii this is called stealing because I need a meter .
Secondly up to date people are still doing post paid ..eiii.

ECG should also take note of the current supplying to our various homes as being nothing to switch tv sets . Any way, i am happy for the new meters but want them speed up to cover every corner of Kumasi.
