  This con man fleeced his investors by conning them, and he now wants to con the court with his delay tactics that he thinks can buy his way out of accountability. The court should ask CON1 how manty years his case has been dragging on in the court. This crook continues to live a life of luxury while many of the investors that he conned now struggle daily to make ends meet. The court should not allow CON1 to control the proceedings with his continued use of delay tactics to frustrate the proceedings and his victims.
