GES,MOE together with CoDE worked their ways together to keep many university prof. graduate teachers out of shs classrooms to teach in basic schools as against the national teaching council's core mandate of teachers categorisation, and their salaries stopped all in preparedness to accept the students wassce failure ,and it is ongoing. So the NPP wanted to win the elections again, and do what exactly? They owe everybody. Even the Canadian High commissioner and the American Ambassador have complained to Mahama that companies from their countries haven't been paid for jobs they've done. Yet they paid their cronies fronting for them millions of dollars for no work done.
