  To add to my demands, government should n't forget that it's workers in the formal sector are also subjected to double taxation on both tiers 2 and 3 (which is the denial of the ice water seller )which is far better than the indirect tax'/single tax paid by the ice water seller. Now,gov. should nt also forget that formal sector contribution is limited by income tax and the policy in place and can not therefore be allowed to go further on contribution to reap more profit if there is more excess of income for investment. The ice water seller is completely disqualified to join the scheme. And those informal sector members who are willing to contribute more as against the scheme policy should be prevented,and must even pay more of income tax per their salary to qualify to do so. Income tax level is very important and must be respected like those in the formal sector. The collapse of SSNIT can be prevented if proper policy is kept in place.
