Of course, it would be good if Ibrahim would show some more love but he is not obliged to do so. For all the masdive wealth that huge multinational companies have got from that area, the place is in a pitiable state. Perhsps you should first ask them before disturbing Ibrahim with your illegitimate demands.

Engineers and Planners owed the then Merchant Bank since 2007 or earlier; is it not strange that after the brother (HE Mahama) of the owner (Engineers and Planners) sold Merchant Bank (fully owned by our own SSNIT) through a controversial deal (The firm that bought merchant Bank gave a lesser offer than another competitor who lost the bid) in 2013, strangely we heard that Engineers and pllanners have settled it's entire debt in 2014.
