    Stop the ad hoc foolishness. That is not the way forward. This perennial problem needs a well thought out solution once and for all, and n9t these knee jerk reactions!

    Wooden structures only to be raced down by fire!!! Why not allow the traditional authorities and the government plan a modern market for the traders? Too much if adhoc measures.
