  If the NDC left 2.1 billion dollars as Energy Sector debt in 2016(according to John Jinapor Energy Minister designate) and came to meet 3 billion dollars debt why is he making noise about it. It means NPP added only 900 million dollars which is far far below what the NDC left for NPP to inherit in 2017. Meaning NPP did well to manage the debt well than the NDC.
