  Good move however it takes too long for cases of fraud to be resolved,in dome cases the complainant even forget about the case or the case never get resolved.

  Good move however it takes too long for cases of fraud to be resolved,in dome cases the complainant even forget about the case or the case never get resolved.
  The fact the mobile money platform and the numbers uses to defraud people are all managed by the telecoms a simple mistake on the part of a customer must be the burden of the customer.
  Customers do get invasive adverts and promotions up yo where unsolicited loan offers are offered all in an attempt to defraud innocent ones
  Why will the telcos not change the turn around time for momo transactions from instant to at least delay of 5to 10 minutes because there are times you just make a transfer and notice that you have made a mistake and called yhe service provider but it takes so l9ng for the reversal to be made.

  Every digital transaction can be traced. Why is it taking too long to track these perpetrators? We are not making an example of these fraudsters so they continue.
