It simply means they are non exist. Even in your explanation you mention bridges and grading of existing roads, and do you think NDC don't know that when they also mention that when you were comparing with NPP own when you know definitely that they didn't add bridges and grading of existing roads. Asenso just name and show us the 13,000 plus kilometres of roads you constructed or forever remain silent period. The days of lies and deceit are over man.
