Another merry go round. Is the minister saying he doesn't know what is not going well at ecg? NDC and the setting up of useless committees.

Who is owing who? Customs charges demiurage and sends the money to government coffers. ECG belongs to government. It's a private entity. So it like government owing itself. Logically it doesn't make sense.

Mr ibu @ it's not like what you think. The port has been sold out to French businessman Barole since 2014 by mahama so the port is no longer property of the people and the govt of Ghana. So the ECG has to pay the duty .

Massa, if you can't do the work tell Mahama to replace you

So what? It’s nothing new. You made so much noise when containers of drugs were equally stuck at this same port for the same reasons. Get to work and deal with it, that is why you are there.
