  GRA can generate 1 trillion USD in tax revenue and Ghana won’t change. People will freely pay taxes if they’re not exorbitant and are used prudently. Who should keep paying taxes for holes to be dug for millions of dollars. Getting everybody to pay 10 GHS is better than harassing a selected few to pay 1000 GHS
