  Thank you Reverend for your congratulatory message and kind words for the TOR Managing Director, Edmond Combat. I pray that you will continue to remember him in your prayers. TOR needs a Unifier, a God fearing and disciplined person to bring back the shining glory of this proud Refinery. TOR now needs a blend of public private intervention to stop unnecessary government's interferences. Thank you.
