In as much as we should not encourage these loop-sided appointments, let's be mindful that not everyone with such names is a Northerner. Some of them are from the Zongo communities located in Southern Ghana. Zongo people in Southern Ghana who do not trace their origin to Northern Ghana are Southerners and not Northerners. If you fail to accept them as Southerners do not tell us they are Northerners because Northerners know the tribes indigenous to the North and it does not lie in the mouth of tribal bigots to tell Northerners who a Northerner is. For all you know, this man does not even know where the north is located because he has no lineage there. He might therefore be a Southerner from the Zongo community and not a Northerner.
