GHANA IS STUCK IN THE ROT BECAUSE OVER 90% OF TOP PUBLIC SERVICE POSITIONS IN GHANA AND ITS FORWIGN MISSIONS ARE OCCUPIED BY AKANS. THIS HAS BEEN THE TREND FOR DECADES, AND GHANA IS NOT GETTING ANY BETTER, SO COMMON SENSE HAS IT THAT THE STATUS QUO MUST BE CHANGED.

GHANA'S CENTRAL BANK AND GHANA REVENUE AUTHORITY, ETC MUST NEVER BE HEADED BU AKANS BECAUSE MOST OF THEM ARE THE "KWESI KWARTENG" TYPE.WITH A CHAIN OF "COPY AND PASTE" DEGREES WITHOUT SUBSTANCE.
