Johnson Asiamah is the one that awarded the contract for Mobile Money Interoperability for GHs1.2 billion just before they lost the elections in 2016. The NPP govt cancelled that contract, and with the initiative of Dr. Bawumia did the same Mobile Money Interoperability for 4.5 million dollars. This is the man Mahama is nominating as governor of Bank of Ghana. We are dead.

Nobody said he is not qualified. He appears to be not a proper and fit person to be in that position given that he has a financial crime charge hanging on him. Discontuning the case does not say whether or not he is gilty.
