  Modernisation of Tema Oil Refinery(TOR) is long overdue. TOR needs private participation to minimise Government's interferences. TOR has the human and material capacity to run very well. GOIL used to be wholly government owned and some of us will recollect vividly what GOIL went through. Now GOIL with private participation 51%/49% pays dividend to government. Honestly government cannot run TOR alone due to the huge financial outlay. TOR needs strategic investors within and outside to be able to stand on its feet again. Let's find out why Dankote invested his life
  long savings in building a Refinery when Nigeria has more than four government run Refineries. Thank you.
