Development is driven by the various appointees to ministries, agencies and state owned enterprises. And the chief of staff at the presidency must hold them to deliverables. Check Guinness Ghana Ltd, Accra breweryies, Kasapreko etc , all of them make profit but GIHOC has 300 million GHC debt and the minister still talking about revamping operations of that company

  Ghanaian politicians always talk big but show very little action. If the trade minister will revamp GIHOC distilleries,then she should also revamp Neoplan Ghana Ltd to produce buses for the country and for export too
