  The ndc lied their way to power by deceiving farmers of increasing the price of their wares to ₵7,000. They rebuked the npp of being cruel to cocoa farmers for paying them just a fractional part of the international cocoa price. Now, they're singing a different tune. The farmers should've read the lips of Mahama when he categorically said that, during campaign period politicians tell lies to draw voters to their side just for votes. Therefore, the farmers should've had that in mind knowing that whatever Mahama said were all lies. Now, can he go to them and tell them that he didn't mean what he said? Mahama has started breaking his promises just two weeks after his victory and Ghanafoɔ will face more hardships in the coming months as he continues backsliding.
